Folks, I NEVER rate any service because I am such a picky person but this was truly a 5 star experience! For years I have had little to no eyelashes on my eyelids; and was always hesitant to get lashes because so many people I’ve seen tend to look like a Vegas showgirl 24 hours a day (stiff, heavy, falsies that make people stare and not in a good way). I wanted REALISTIC, INDIVIDUAL, PROFESSIONAL lashes that were appropriate for my job as an operating room nurse. Katrina gave me exactly what I wanted, even building a bridge of sorts on my one eyelid that literally only had very few of my own lashes. The result was above and beyond my expectations! The lashes are FABULOUS! The hint of blue that was added was suttle and BEAUTIFUL. Perfect for a working professional like myself. THANK YOU for giving me exactly the look I desired! Tricia~

Katrina surpasses them in every area—especially quality and service. My lashes have never looked better. I get compliments daily. I had a Kateyes groupon for a three-facial treatment package, which included a pear-and-poppyseed microderm polish, a pineapple enzyme peel, and a paprika herbal treatment. This was my first facial of any kind, so I didn’t know what to expect and I can’t compare it to any others, however, I was impressed by the whole experience. There was a spa-like ambience to the room complete with ambient music and lighting, along with a spa-like bed. The whole process took about an hour and a half and it also included a brief but excellent foot and hand massage which was a very nice surprise. Katrina, the owner, who gave me my three treatments, was very personable and seemed genuinely nice. I chose to talk throughout the session and we had a nice long talk. She saw and removed some blackheads on my face that I didn’t even realize I had and she showed them to me. She also did something I didn’t even know was possible! I have combination skin with the area around my nose being very oily and the rest of my face being normal or normal to dry. She literally squeezed out the oil in and around my nose! It hasn’t been oily or overly shiny since and it’s been a few weeks at least! I never realized the importance of facials. I’ve always considered facials a luxury, but now I’ve learned that it’s important to have a facial at the very least a few times a year if at all possible. I would highly recommend Katrina at Kateyes. She uses all natural products too and offers them for sale but with absolutely no pressure to buy.

Had a Brazillan today, my first with Kat. My first few experiences with Brazillans were awful!! Kat was professional,efficient and caring. The soy wax that Kat uses does not stick all over you after and does not take your skin off. I would recommend her to anyone and she has found a loyal client! Can’t wait to try her eyelashes next!!
I highly recommend Katrina for Brazilian waxes. She is very professional and caring. I was terrified of Brazilian waxes and using strips for waxing purposes due to some bad experiences I had before (especially using wax strips) but Katrina explained to me that using strips does not cause pain if the proper technique is applied when removing hair. Also, Katrina uses a soy based wax which isn’t sticky and does not pull at your skin. I was amazed by the results and pleasantly pleased with the experience. I was not sticky afterwards and did not feel any pain associated with this Brazilian wax. Katrina restored my trust in Brazilian waxes and made a believer out of me. Katrina has gained a new loyal client. I can’t wait to try some of her other services. Thank you Katrina; you are amazing!!!
I had to go to Miami for my brother’s wedding and wanted to do a little something, something for the occasion. Katrina gave me the most beautiful set of eyelashes, very natural looking, but extremely flattering. People commented on how my eyes were popping and looked so beautiful, but they couldn’t tell what was different (well, only my mother knew right away “You got lashes?!). Two weeks later they still look beautiful, I don’t have to wear mascara (yay) and feel very put together. I would recommend her services, she is very professional and accommodating (she even let my daughters borrow her outlet connector so they could watch a movie on the laptop while waiting for mom). Thank you, thank you, thank you Katrina!
